As you are aware, the Board has been progressing towards a Chip-seal lift for all paved roads (Consolidated and Rendezvous) in 2025.  

 

Gary Hein and John Burgess (Road Committee chairs) have spent many hours this Spring and Summer driving the neighborhood with potential contractors and obtaining estimates for this major project.  They would like to share this information with the community, as well as some ideas on long-term budget planning for our roads.
